Mix Down Help

I'd  need to know how to mix down my project into a two track stereo file that I can open up in Sonar and master.  I tried exporting last night, but when I tried to open it I could not find the export file. I know what folder I put it in, and it is there. But Sonar doesn't see it. Help!

Import (don't open) the .wav file assuming it was exported as a wav file.

Or you can cntrl 'A' which will select all tracks and bounce to a stereo track, export that, import into a new project to master. And a few other techniques that others will surely share.

AHHH...    I did see the import selection. That makes sense.  You guys with the Sonar experience are far better than the manuals.  Thanks.
