He's presenting a new video every day during the month of May taking viewers through his mixing process from beginning to end.
 
It's not Sonar based, but has a lot of relevant information.

    Thanks for the link. I watched day 1 thru 3 and had to stop to take notes. Good stuff here. Got some homework for the next couple of weeks on the Gain Staging, Master Buss Compression & High Pass Filter EQing.
