Mixing down problem

I have MIDI and Audio that I want to mix down onto a stereo track. Problem is the Audio is not being recorded down. I am using Cakewalk Sonar LE 8,5 with a Roland SD-50.

Perhaps I am going about it all wrong but what I am doing is setting track 1 as a stereo audio track, setting it to record all other tracks. But only the MIDI is being recorded. I have set the "TG to Computer" to ON on the Roland SD-50.

Any ideas?

My modules are Roland SD-50 connected via USB with Korg 05R/W, Yamaha MU100R, Yamaha RS7000 and keyboard Yamaha S03 connected via MIDI on SD-50.

Generally mixing down is by going to File>Export to write out to a new WAV file.
Soooo, maybe not "going about it all wrong", but it could be easier.
