Mixing for AM radio?
Got a request to use a song of mine as a lead-in on a local AM radio talk show. I need some tips on mixing the song for AM. I think it would probably be best to set the master bus to mono, right? Any other freqency or otherwise tips?

Frequency response is typically 40 Hz–7 kHz with a 50 dB S/N ratio, is the best I can find... hope that's helpful.

Also, consider that generally, AM squashes the bajeezus out of their broadcast signals.... (FM does too, but AM is notorious for it).
Keep that in mind when mastering your track.
