Modern (Metro) Apps now have midi support!

MS pulled a fast one and slipped midi support into Windows 8.1 (update 1) modern apps
The preview API came out during the Build conference.
Looks like FL Studio is already made good use of it in their newest update.

    I've had that app for some time also...bought it for $5 when it first came out (pre 8.1 IIRC). It's kind of intriguing but to be honest without audio recording it is of limited use to me...kinda cool though. Might be a sign of things to come.
