Monroe Backing track

This is my second post. This is an original song called Monroe which we have only done a guide vocal so far but we are about to try and nail a proper one. This is the backing track only, I will post the full song when i have some sort of mix.
 
This number has been a bit of a fight. I wont say why at the moment, but i would be interested to hear any comments.

    Well... I like it. I can hear some vox ideas in my own head as I listened. Look forward to the completed track. Do not be afraid to post the work in progress.

    Thanks to the singer spending the week in a small room trying to teach sickly children to sing and getting a sore throat for her troubles the vocal session produced nothing of any use which was disappointing. Oh well maybe next week.

    What a nice, mellow, lovely song. The jazzy guitar was very well done. The mix had a smooth and organic sound which sounded great on my speakers. Don't worry about the vocal, it will be worth the wait.
