Interesting vibe, it's retro. Like "really retro?" I'm going back to the 40s? (19 not 18) I can't say I like it, but I did enjoy it?

Yeah, I'll go with "interesting vibe" too. I think I would have liked you to expand on the theme a bit more towards the end but otherwise I liked it.

Yeah, definitely retro.    I like the congas.   Some of the parts feel a little "stiff" quantization-wise, but the melody and chord progression are nice.    A little vibe solo over the sax at the end might be cool.

You've got a very nice melody here.  It could be a fun thing for a jazz group to play on.

Nice tune but it needs a bridge or something.  Kinda just laid there after awhile.  I liked the melody though and will be humming it all night.

Nice relaxing smooth jazz type tune. I agree the quantization kills the feel of this song. Relax that and you will have a much nicer piece. Enjoyed the listen

I like it. It's an interesting melody. I think it would be some sort of mood music for some British movie. I recently viewed "A Clockwork Orange" and thought this song would have fit in there somewhere or a movie like it.

I'm a fan and I have to agree with evadianepug, it needs another section.

there's not software quantization  on tracks. I have just playing parts again and again, many times at recording to get the timing into place. Maybe I've done  too perfect job.

as far a writing an original composition goes yeah , this song has a good melody and harmony ...
to take it to the next level i think you would need to speed it up a touch and give the drums a real swing big band beat .

I like it.  The sax plays in a swing feel and the drums are in straight time.  Maybe that is intended.  Clean sound too.

Makke, you get an A+ on originality.  I like short and sweet.  However, as for the percussion, it's not that everything is in perfect time that's the problem, but that every note is the same volume.  A few ghost notes here and there would give this the feel that seems to be missing.  If it's a MIDI file, you can easily ramdomize the volumes of the notes, but if it's a wave file you'd have do it manually.  All in all, it's a good tune that's fun to listen to.  Good choices on the instrumentation.

    All the best,
    Lynn
