More Direct Problems

Well after trying several different ways (mic and direct) to get a good guitar sound, I finally have one.  Only problem is when ever I record any Guitar trax, the metronome or whatever else is playing along, come through in the guitar recording.  I'm sure there is a simple fix to this, but I can't seem to figure it out.
