More Melodyne Happiness and One D'OH Question
I used Melodyne seriously for the first time today, and was thrilled with the results (once I figured out how you can stop the pitch from jumping by semitones). However, to my shame, I had a big DUH moment.
I painstakingly went through and corrected the entire song where appropriate. What I forgot was that I had sung into two mics at once, intending to combine the result for the interesting tone they produce together. Track 13 (Cascade Fathead II Active) was recorded using my OctaCapture on a stereo input left and Track 14 (MX V67i) was recorded simultaneously (same performance) on the same stereo input right. I only corrected Track 13 with Melodyne.
Does anyone know if there's a way to make the identical corrections to the V67 track without going through the entire process again? I don't know if I can perform the changes exactly the same way again. I don't want it to sound like a doubled vocal.
Thanks in advance and D'OH!
