    Rick needs a tad of bass roll-off and Greta could use a little boost around 1.5k just to balance them up a little better. Pam was in the right ball park though.....

    Trust me JB, neither one of those folks give a true example of what we're up to. One is an self acknowledged clown, and the other just hasn't owned up to it yet.

    no worries Randy.

    I don't have a TV. :-) Well, I do but the DTV tuner broke and I don't take cable or satellite. We've been enjoying movies this month.

    I still have to call my clients *Boss* when I'm on the job. :-)

    I was especially "tickled" to think that two totally different things were broadcast so closely. (we did the cat story a month ago and the governor's story yesterday in the a.m.)

    Your comment sort of let me know that you appreciated it for what it was worth.

    I also figured Jon was joking... and in any event I do the field capture of the sound and I depend on editors I never even meet to help it along. My job is to make sure there is actually sound. ;-)

    I will need some help with the EQ.

    My field mixers don't have a knob for EQ but we could solder in a new cap and resistor. Bring a calculator with you too... please.

    But here's the funniest part... I did leave the lo-cut off for Governor Scott and I had it engaged for Greta... you darn drummers and your Golden Ears.

    Yes … but which one is the self acknowledged clown?  Also, I don’t think you have to make excuses for American pundits, I suspect they have some real winners across the pond too (except they sound smarter because they speak with a funny accent and use fancy talk).

    I suspect you could address that issue if you were able to mount you mixer on some sort of heavy, stable stand.  I don’t know, possibly something made out of concrete … but I’m not quite sure where you would be able to find something like that.
