More enhancements to Command Center

Allow serial numbers for third party products to be copied to the clipboard
 
Allow multi-selection of child product installations.  I didn't want the loops, so I had to individually install everything that wasn't a loop collection.
 
Allow users to manage where loops and samples go.  (XLN does this superbly).  I have an SSD as my boot drive and it's not currently large enough to keep up with the various sample libraries that I have.  I should be able to say, "put the big stuff here" and have Command Center pass this on to all Cakewalk installers who will honor that request.  XLN gets bonus points for realizing that I might change my mind and managing the movement of all of this sample data from the old place to the new.
