More plugin sales

Forgive me for posting this here instead of in the general software section, but there was the huge Thanksgiving sale thread here too so I figure it was fair game. In that thread, Fabfilter came up and various people were hoping for a sale (myself included).
They're having a sale right now, 25 percent off all bundles. If anyone is looking to replace his QuadCurve EQ, or needs a seriously excellent limiter, compressor/gate, de-esser, delay... check it out. They have an excellent educational discount (50 percent!) too that I took advantage of, if you're working at a music school or something.
 
Also Waves is still doing a deal-a-day thing.
 
This has been the "worst" year for software buying for me so far. Hope I can get by with what I have for a while now.

    Fabfilter is nice but I wonder if its all that much better. Nor will it do all that the Quad Curve will. Just wonder why one would want to replace the Quad Curve. I can see using Voxengo Gliss EQ because it has a dynamics function. But I wonder what one gets with another plain EQ.

    The Quad Curve is nice but, I believe the Pro-Q performs every EQ function Quad Curve does plus Mid-Side processing, choice of zero latency or linear phase processing, the ability to process each channel separately, has up to 24 bands, the ability to have more than one instance per track, pre and post processing frequency analyzer.

    What Scook said. I like the QC EQ too, my main issue is I have to use it in the PC and can only use one. I also prefer the FF interface.
     
    I didn't mean the bundle is only good for replacing QC, they're all excellent plugs. That was just one of my motivations.

    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
