More silliness to add to the list

Unless this has been reported before: the GUI takes the focus when in the background for no good reason. As a former coder, this is absolutely ridiculous. Nothing should take the focus unless it needs to. All it takes is someone pressing the "Enter" key and you've done the wrong thing.
 
For example, I close a project, Alt-Tab to Chrome to see a few emails while things are shutting down in splat and bam! I hit enter on an email just as the friggin GUI takes control ... Between this kind of stuff and the absolutely useless Bandlab "Insistent" (which is now at 25% after 15 minutes), I honestly have not idea WTF is happening. Please tell me what file is being downloaded and where.
 
I ask Insistent to install the new (probably just as bad as the last one) version of itself and there is no mention of a download until I switch to the Apps tab and lo and behold there is a very slow download going on, which indicates to me that its the entire Sonar that is being downloaded - and then the install of whatever-it-is ****s up. 
 
I get that you've taken over a piece of software and you don't know everything about it but c'mon.
