Motorboating Help please

Well, I am guessing that's what's happeninga dnyou guys call it motorboating. Cause that's what it sounds like.
My specs are below. I am running X1B build246. Never , ever ex[erienced this with any version of Sonar.
Simple 15 or track midi with 1 vocal audio track. Perfect space and LP64eq on vocal. Softsynths are True painos, 2 kontakt 4.x (latest version)and 1 Dimprox64. Here's the thing-This is only on palyback??? 24/44.1 at 1024 samples. Shouldn't be a problem but it is. Also happens after about 2 minutes in-but never in the same spot. I have no idea where to begin to look. Any help would be great.
Thanks

try raising your playback buffers in the preferences/midi/playback and recording/playback buffer size.  Also if you haven't already freeze synths

I have increased the midi buffer-no change. Please do not misunderstand but using 4 softsynths I certainly should not have to freeze any. Never had to before x1. 4 ss is nothing really.
I would like to find out why. This is a tiny project compared to what I normall do.
    Thanks

FIrst thing I would try would be to take out the LP64eq(save your setting first) and see if problem goes away.  If it does remove it and then reload it(with your saved preset).   Sometimes making adjustments during playback can cause some  strange behaviour.

If that doesn't solve it delete 1 plugin at a time to isolate the cause.  Filter settings in dimpro would be my next best guess for a problem, then filters in Kontakt if you have changed any settings from default.

Sonar Platinum 64bit, Win 8.1 Pro 64bit,  Quad Core 3.2GHz,  16G ram, Edirol FA 101, Nvidia
EW (Platinum Orchestra, Hollywood Strings, Pianos, Gypsy, Fab 4, Ministry of Rock,Choirs, etc)
