Motorboating with X1D Expanded and Line6 devices

I haven't had motorboating in years it seems, but it comes back periodically when I use my Line6 devices.  UX1 and PODX3.  Hasn't happened with my UX2 yet.  When I'm mixing (not recording) I switch to ASIO4ALL, because ASIO4ALL seems to work with no problems.  But I need the line6 devices for recording.

This only started happening with the new version of X1D Expanded.  I've got the latest Line6 drivers and firmware.

I've tried various buffer settings and sample rates with no impact.
I filed a problem report on this already.

Anyone else getting this?

there are a few threads that have surfaced within the past few days with the motorboating as a main topic,so your not alone.

if you could go into greater detail and have on of us try and re-produce this,
then you or they(we) can fill out a bug report.

Charlie - Here is some more detail:

The Motorboating seems to be random during playback, and it happened during recording once yesterday.  For whatever reasong my UX1 seems to have increased glitching along with motorboating, whereas the PODX3 doesn't have the glitching, but does have the motorboating.

Unfortunately I can't find a way to replicate this problem.  I would estimate that it happens on average once in a typical hour.  I usually can hit the red X to close the program and then it brings up the white screen and says Sonar isn't responding and I chose to close the program.  I beleive I've had to do a hard re-boot once.

I've also had to disconnect the Line6 USB cable before restarting as sometimes X1 won't recognize the device when re-starting X1.

    I'm using an i5 quad core processor with Windows7 64 and X1 64.
