Motu Ultralite MK3 Tuner problem

All of a sudden the tuner in CueMix will no longer display when clicked on. All the other items in the device heading open without a problem.  Any ideas?

    did you recently update windows or the motu software or anything?

    I've never used the tuner on mine, but I opened it just now and looked at it just to make sure I knew what you were talking about.  it seems to open fine.

    Hi Beagle,
    There was a Windows update recently.  That may be the cause.  I sent MOTU an email, but have not heard back from them.  I wonder if there is a way to just reload the software tuner?

    not that I'm aware of.  the MOTU software is installed all in one package.

    you might consider rolling back the latest windows update, tho, and see if that solves it.
