Mouse Wheel Zoom Options bug?

Mouse Wheel Zoom Options bug?

Alt+Mouse Wheel behavior is kind of weird when the option "At Cursor" is checked, so I tested to change everything to "At Now Time", and keep zoom just to Horizontal.
But from what we can see in the image below, when I do Alt+MouseWheel (up), the zoom does not centralizes the cursor, but will gradually moving the cursor to the right until it disappears.
This is just me or is it a bug?

    Anyone could do this test and tell me if this problem occurs too?
    I tested with X3 and Platinum.
