Like this one? Sorry, I had to. Cheers P.S. A google image search for mouse wheel turns up a bunch of bizarre results... like naked women. My youthful eyes were traumatized.

You're not by chance using dual monitors, with Sonar on the Secondary monitor, are you? If so, try moving Sonar to the Primary, then try scrolling.

I'm doing exactly that and noticed at some point my scroll wheel wasn't behaving as it did before. It didn't bother me much so I just shrugged it off. I'll try moving back over to the primary display too see if the wheel works... and then probably go back to the secondary anyway.

Are you actually saying this is by design?? So, if I am running Sonar on a secondary display, the mouse wheel only seems to work on the nav window... They really need to fix this... most "pro" studios are using duel monitor, (I am using 3), and not scrolling is a huge time sink with editing...

ORIGINAL: Zebulon ... most "pro" studios are using dual monitor, (I am using 3) ... Then like me you must be 150% pro! Running three monitors here also, no dramas with mouse wheel or scrolling ... but I do have the main Sonar window (Track View) installed on Monitor 1. It just suits my layout preference that way. Monitor 2 plugins etc, Monitor 3 Console View.

Try going into Device Manager by right clicking the "My Computer" icon then choose "Manage". Find your mouse on the list. Right click and choose "Properties". Click on the "Advanced Settings" tab. In the "Wheel Detection" drop down menu, make sure "Assume wheel is present" is the chosen option. Joey
