Move tracks from Reaper to Sonar X3

Hi,

I recorded a concert live with Reaper on my MAC. Just 8 tracks.
Now I want to transfer the tracks to do the mix in Sonar x3.
Does anyone here know what is the best way to do it keeping the audio quality intact?

Thanks

If Reaper has stored the tracks as individual WAVs you can just drag/drop them from the media browser onto tracks in Sonar.

If they're in a special format you'll need to render them individually to separate WAV files, then just drag/drop them to tracks in Sonar.
