Moving Cakewalk Content
Would I run into any problems if I moved the complete Cakewalk Contents folder onto my laptops HDD, and then point to that folder path on Command Centre?
With this new Aspire Laptop F15 I have, I am trying to not place content heavy wave samples etc onto the 128 GB SSD section but rather onto the 1TB HDD.

You need to make sure you know which plugins you have that have their data in the Cakewalk Contents folder. Some plugins have specific entries in the registry that tell that plug in where its content resides.
If you simply move the contents folder, and then point to that folder path on Command Centre, you might find that many of your plugins will not be able to find its content. Then, with each plugin that cannot find its content) you'll have to figure out how to change the content location for that plugin.
You might also need to check your folder locations in preferences to see if there a any there that need to be changed as well.

It's easiest to move it and then create a junction from the original location to the new location, that way the os and Sonar thinks it's in the original location but it's not.

Hi. I have Cakewalk Content on a separate ssd.
(I always copy, then delete when done instead of move. That way you can check it if worked before deciding to delete old location.)
Copy the CC to your new HD, and in SONAR under Preferences (P), File, Folder Location, adjust the location of CC.
The same goes for CCC.
I have done this several times, and have not had any issues with it.
I'm not pc savvy enough to dare venture into junctions..

Moving is fine if one tells Sonar where things are, for the most part. Project file wise. IMHO program wise not good to move. I believe that's stating the obvious but in my 14 yrs of Cakewalk I've had less problems after I stopped "overly organizing" in my early years.
I even said to myself after time goes by and I see why Cakewalk may have structured items a certain way.
Not much help I fear 😉 but just some thoughts..
