Moving Clip is "shakey" here

When I grab the top portion of a clip and move it, snap on, the clip is very shakey or jittery when you have the mouse button pressed down and are hovering or moving the clip. This didn't happen in X1, and seems like a bug of some sort.
Is this happening to anyone else?

per my issue on pg 1 here listed as "how to move clip right or left smoothly w/o grid" I don't have the jitter prob per say, but it does jitter a bit and will not let me move slightly left or right. I need to move the clip a hair further than I want befor it will move. I do have snap turned off. We mat have a bug here, but know one else seems to complain about this. iteffects me as I need to do those small moves. I guess every other owner of Sonar X1 has rhythm skills that are spot on with no need to nudge. Ha

I always manually move tiny clips (kick, snare, guitar notes, etc) to fit better together when my clients aren't 100% "together".

I brought this up now, so when I actually do begin comping takes (which I feel isn't as easy as it could be... I want an auto-crossfade using the smart tool between lanes somehow), I don't want to see a jittery clip that will make it tough to slide to a specific spot (not-snapping).

I think we are having a similar issue... I'd love to take a video but I'm unsure of how to do this without installing questionable software.
