Moving Console view channels

Couldn't find anything in search...but I'm sure it's come up.

In previous versions, I was able to move console channels and busses around simply by clicking and dragging them to any order I wish.

The trick to this in X1?

Not available in X1a, but according to the pre-release notes has been added to the upcoming X1b update.

    Cheers,

You can still move the track and bus order in track view  - and it will show up in console view - in case you didn't realize that

but I think that is just ONE MANY MAJOR fail in sonar x1... but I am glad they are fixing it or bringing it back after we complained

Came across the answer a few days ago in Forum. In the Track View, busses section, you rearrange the channels there. When back in Console View, the channels will be in the order you selected. Yes a pain, but until you can just move them in CV (with X1b?) this is a workaround.

Yep, in the meantime use the Track view, but this feature will be added in X1b.
