Moving the entire project to the right by a few seconds

I want to move everything in my project (clips, automations, etc) to the right by a few seconds so that there is a few seconds after you press play before the music starts playing. How do I do this? I can select-all and move the clips and automation in the track view, but I cannot move the automation in the busses.

Thanks in advance.

I'd just insert a few measures at the start. When you do that there's options to slide everything over.

To expand on this question even further, is there a method of doing this which will also move markers and tempo maps?

A feature such as "Insert Silence" or "Insert Gap" or "Insert Measure" would be great. Something that just cuts the project at the marker and inserts the desired measure or time. And conversely for removing time as well..

Always been a little annoyed at the lack of function (or my knowledge of function) for this in SONAR.

So the option exists... I must look into this further.

Even automation envelopes in the busses?

Process/Slide will move clips & markers by a nominated amount ie measures, seconds etc, BUT havent tried that with automation. Time for an experiment i say!

Just tried it with bus automation,  a marker and an event in a track with automation, and it all moved over!! Not sure about tempo however.

Yah, you can totally insert time in any form you want. It'll place where you say and offer options to include what to move.
