Mp3 gapless

Hi, 

I don't know if this is the right section of the forum but I have an annoying problem exporting in mp3 format.

I configured the mp3 lame encoder in Sonar 8.5 but when I export my track in mp3 the encoder add about 20ms of silence at the start of the track. I read this is a known "problem" but I cannot find a solution. I manually removed from sonar that silence but exporting the track it magically appears again (I can see that gap importing the mp3 track in Sonar). It's important for me to remove that silence because I have to create loops for flashgames and it is noticeable.

Any solution?
I read on the web that exists a --nogap command but I don't understand where I should write it.
