Multi-Touch in Sonar with Acer UT220HQL

 
I decided to break-down and join the touch-screen "in-crowd". I'm using the Acer UT220HQL with the intention of using multi-touch to make possible the simultaneous control of multiple parameters within VSTi synths. I'm using Windows 7 professional (with the downloaded "multi-touch" pack). Using the Acer as an additional screen for an extended desktop, I can't seen to get multi-touch to work. Single-touch works fine, but I was hoping to do better than that. Any suggestions?
