Multichannel Recording

hello friends.......i want to know can we perform multichannel recording through Sonar8-trial version and yes I was having a problem playing these multiple channels correspondingly in a sequential order (particular channel being played by a particular speaker in a 5.1 surround speaker) and is it compatible with a multichannel 1010LT Delta M-Audia card.
