Multidock Tab close 'X' - keep visible

Keep the 'X' always visible.  I quickly move the mouse to a Tab to select it and end up clicking the 'X' accidentally just often enough to be irritating.  It's not like making the 'X' invisible until the mouse is over it saves room.
