Multidock

Does anyone else see this :

Drag and drop any vst into the multidock .
Drag it out of multidock it does not recall the window size .
Right click on the docked vst choose undock it recall the window size .

I tested it out with the step sequenser and it recalls the window size when you drag it out of multidock .

I just want to be able to eliminate unneccesary mouse clicking :-)
All the best

Yes, I see it in X3. Probably it's been like this since X1. I've only docked VSTs into the MultiDock once or twice in the past so I can't be sure.

I think it's always been like that. I'm just used to resizing the window manually after I drag it out.

Yes , I tested it out in Sonar X2 and it does indeed do the same thing .
I just wonder why that is ?

I can only guess that the code which handles moving a VST from a Multidock tab to a floating window has it draw at a default size which doesn't take into account the size of the VST interface. It looks like a small oversight and I'd be surprised if it was difficult to fix.
