Multiple FX / VST Open at the Same Time

Hi all, there has to be a way, I just can't work it out.

When mixing, but particularly when faking my way around 'mastering,' I find it a bit frustrating that opening the compressor plugin closes the EQ plugin etc. There is bound to be a way so i can have the EQ, compressor and several different analysis plugins all open at the same time? I'm pretty sure I've seen it done before, I just can't work it out haha.

    You can also pin a specific Plugin by clicking the button

    You can change this:
    Edit --> preferences ->> vst settings:
    declick --> Recycle plugin windows

    Thanks all, I never knew about that preference setting and had never noticed the pin icon before either hah.
