Multiple tracks in 1 instance of Kontakt with Sonar X2

Can someone please tell me step by step how to setup multiple tracks in 1 instance of Kontakt with Sonar X2 instead of using multiple instances of Kontakt for each track?

    Yeah, I've done those steps on that thread, but I don't see 'Kontakt' on my output in track 1, I only have the option to choose stuff from my soundcard. Is there no video tutorial for this? It seems it'd be REALLY helpful. Can't believe how difficult this is...:(

    It is essentially the same sort of thing that John posted, perhaps worded a bit differently.  Perhaps between the two sets of guidance you will get the little light bulb in the noggin to glow.
