Mush thread

Sorry for a mushy thread, you know, violins and all that crap.
 
Had another chill moment about the death of Cakewalk that has stayed in my face for a few days. Don’t want to start getting on Gibson...(grrrr)
 
Was reliving the dedication of the Cakewalk staff across the decades,. Would liked to have enjoyed more presence from the big wigs and programmers in retrospect. That could have done better.
 
If I lose Sonar eventually, have it easily replaced on equal ground with another recorder, so no big loss on my end of the relation..
 
My guts wrench however thinking about the Cake staff about to lose security after years of dedication. I’ve been there done that with you guys too many times, and it is always hell to get beyond. Destruction of life with several mouths to feed is brutal. The system allowing this to happen is barbaric.
 
To our staff that has served us and kept us. Can’t say much nothing else than you guys rock. Thank you for a LOT of help over the years. Future of you guys and your families is bright. Allah throws us some curve balls on the journey so we can do the battle and come out stronger and in a better place.
