Music Creator 4

i cannot get my music creator 4 to download to my new pc

    JEH, we'll need more info.  "download" refers to actually retrieving the file from cakewalk's servers.  if that's what you mean, that's one issue.
     
    "install" is after the download you have tried to get the program to install on your computer.  that's a separate issue, if that's what you mean.
     
    also, we need more specifics.  what operating system are you using?  give us more details on what happens when you try to download or install.  what doesn't work?  what messages are you getting?
