Music Creator 5 Question?

What's up?  Erik here, and I'm a newb with studio, recording software, like a child with a loaded gun. Anyway, I was wondering...can you rip the vocals out of music files where all you have left is just the instruments, from Music Creator 5?  Can I load a downloaded or ripped song from a program or CD into Music Creator 5 and rip the larynx out of it? Someone's voice from any song? I have seen a friend of mine do it from "fruity loops," but not sure what version he had...but who cares about them. I appreciate your answers and don't tell me no? I'll be so upset! Ha ha!

Yes, you can't do that with MC.
It's more of a recording program than anything else.

Greg is correct.... Yes, you can not do that in MC.

Once a song is mixed, trying to remove the vocals is about as easy as removing the egg from a cake after it's baked.....

Some claim they have a software or hardware solution, but most of those leave the ending result damaged.

The best way is to grab a midi file of the song from an internet site and then you are starting with a tune that has no vocal tracks to start with.

The results you get isolating vocals or something from a song depends totally on the song in question. Sometimes the result is tolerable, often useless, but good it is practically never.

There is no software in the world that could do it just to any song with acceptable results.

And like the guys already said: MC isn't the app specialised on that. MC is for making music.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

I have played with a couple vocal remover plugins, but unless the vocal is panned dead down the center, and the other instruments are not, it is very hard.

AS herb said there are tone of Midi files on the net to download and process thru softsynth. Also i bought a few of these recently and used them as backing tracks  http://www.karaoke-version.com/  There is a multitrack version of many of them so you can mix to taste.
