I was under non-disclosure while the ad was airing but now that it's off the air I can share. The music in the ad was recorded and mixed completely in Sonar X3.

Any ad with dogs and music by Sonar is a winner in my book.
Excellent work!

Hi Scott, Thank you for the kind words and thanks for "Sonar 4 Power" which helped an old ProTools guy make a paradigm shift to a new workstation (almost 10 years ago). I have your current "Sonar X3 Power" book in Kindle format and find it a handy reference. Thanks! As to your question: I had to pull up the original project to remind myself exactly what I used on the spot. Piano - NI New York Concert Grand (with overtones) Celesta - EastWest Symphonic Orchestra Strings - Project Sam Symphobia 2 Woodwinds - Project Sam Symphobia 2 Drums - Samples from a Steve Gadd library (I don't remember the product name where this originally came from, but at one time I created a custom kit of samples from this library for convenience) and also some of the hi-hat comes from Stylus. The acoustic guitar and bass are real and performed by me. All the tracks and busses have the ProChannel Console Emulation engaged and set to A-Type. The Kush Audio UBK-1 compressor is used in various settings on most of the busses. Some of the busses use the ProChannel EQ in Hybrid mode. The master buss uses the Kush Audio Clariphonic feeding a Waves L3 Multiband Limiter Thank you for your interest, Bentley Ousley
