MusicXML....Anyone having any luck?

I export a musicxml file out of Sonar.  Next import the XML into Sibelius and the measures do not have the right amount of beats.  Lyrics and chords show up, but need to be realigned.
 
Import same xml file into Notion3 and notes/measures/lyrics look fine,  but no Chord symbols.
 
Anyone having luck with this and what is the secret??
