Muz3um for Z3ta+

Even though this has been around a long time, I just found the Muz3um set for Z3ta+.... totally cool! If anyone is just getting Z3ta+ for the bargain $19.99 that is on now, or like I did with my 8.5 Producer updrade, I highly recommend it.

You can download it from KVR in the banks/patches sections.

I had the Muz3um set that fr4ncesco did for Rapture, but never had Z3ta+ till now.

    thanks, glad you like it!

My brother just bought Z3ta+, so I told him about the Muz3um soundset/patches. It's my new mission to let everyone know about it that hasn't heard of it yet

Wasn't there another one out there (by someone else) having to do with Virus sounds or am I mistaken?

I was trying to install the Virus Mod, but couldn't find the "Presets" folder that he mentions.

Also, there is a luser1.pcm file, but not all the other ones that he says to delete...(user1.pcm thru user6.pcm).

Where can I find the presets folder and those other files that I am supposed to delete? Maybe these instructions were for an older version of Z3ta+?

I believe the instructions were for older versions of Z3ta when people were using different .dll's for each mod. I don't think it's necessary with version 1.5.  I'm running late this morning but I'll try to find the presets folder when I get home tonight.  Maybe fr4ncesco will post a solution in the meantime.

I made a video on how to install the z3ta+ virus mod for 1.5.3.  It's hard to see some of the folder names, but may help.

So even with 1.5.3 there is a need to use more than one .dll ? Are there potential conflicts with having the same vst ID number?

I thought Rene said some years ago that it was no longer necessary. Anyway I've got the Virus mod waves in my Wavetable folder and the presets in the Program folder in application data.  Seems to work here but I can't swear the presets are calling up the right waveforms.  Got to look into it a bit more.................

Is it because Global Wave Set loading was added in 1.5 ?

I have a Virus.set that loads fine and has what appears to be the correct waveforms and then individual Virus Mod wavs that can be loaded.

EDIT: Now I remember it's because of the Arp files.  Z3ta can only address 200.cmp files per instance thus the need for the extra .dll, files, folders, etc..........
