    It used to be good waaaay back in the day when Martha Quinn (I think that's her name) were the VJ's and they played real music.

    'Tis an annoying trend in TV isn't it?  We've got:

    - Music video channels that have daily shows without music videos (remember when you could turn on MTV at anytime, day or night and see a music video?)
    - News channels that have daily shows without news (remember when you could turn on CNN, Headline News or Fox News (etc.) and actually hear about the news?)
    - Sports channels that have daily shows without sports
    - Movie channels that have daily shows without movies
    - Cooking channels that have daily shows without cooking

    The worst part is that most of these "intruding" shows are based around idiotic gossip and BS.

    Time to go read a book I guess...

    Bleh.
