My SI Instruments Are In VST FX folder

My SI Instruments Are In VST FX folder

So, I installed the SI instruments, and couldn't find them anywhere. Then, I happened to look in the VST FX folder, and there they were.  There's no way to drag and drop them into the proper folders.  How do i remedy this problem?
