You're a brave man!  :)  And this is just great.  I'm really impressed.

You said you act like a maniac on stage?  How about having someone video THAT and see what you can do with it?  :)

I'm impressed that you live in this genre, yet your arms are not covered in tatoos.

This is good tune, I like the chorus and you ever present rocking guitars.  Nice breaks.

I was as wild about the vocal harmony on the verse, but the chorus harmonies are very nice.

Cool stuff Bob.

Hi, Geno,

How's it going, buddy?  I hope you're having a rockin' week!

Thanks so much for checking out the video and your encouraging words!

Well, I'm a complete noobie to any type of video stuff, and never even owned a video camera until these two video attempts for this song and for my first video, "Hearts On Fire", which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2a6NqDqloEo&feature=share&list=UUCPyCpvlIGzsQCGJnBje8_Q  , so I'm really in the early learning stages, and It seems like it takes me forever!  It took about four hours for the actual live video shoot, and what seemed like a gazillion hours of production and editing, but part of the problem was having to go back and relearn what I did for the first video last June.  As for the editing software, I use Sony Vegas, which is surprisingly similar to using DAW program, which really helps a lot with the learning curve.

Thanks again, Geno, and amazing job on your new Kansas cover, absolutely fantastic work! :)

Have a good one!
Bob

Hi, Janet,

How are, you?  Hope you're having a great week!

Thank you for taking a peek at the video, and for your kind words!  At some point in the future I might try to incorporate some actual live club footage into a video, but unfortunately LOL, the conditions in most places aren't too great for anything "polished", with sweating badly from the lights, all the smoke and crowds of wandering drunks involved! :)

Thanks again, Janet, I really appreciate you checking out the video and commenting.

Have a great night!
Bob

Way cool Bob... killer song... I love the wind-swept desert sand images, and the heavy-metal tank music is perfect... I really like how the acoustic guitars come in near the end... Great work Bob...

Hi Bob,

Thanks for bringing this song back to the forum!
I've heard it quite I while before here and it kind of stuck in my head but I could never find it again.
Now I can hear it again : )
I think it's such a cool song, great performing and a fantastic mix!
You really showed some style here!

Regards,
Daniel

Hi Bob, It's been a while since I've been on the forum, took a 2 year or so break :) I've always loved your songs and this one is great too. Love your playing, vocals and the mix is great. I'll probably have to go back and review all the great songs I've missed.

Great work, Bob.  I have the cd so I'm familiar with the tune.  I loved it with the video.  It is an added dimension and one I always love.  Keep on rockin' buddy!

Hi, Daniel,

How are you, my friend?  Hope you're doing great!

Thank you very much for taking a look at the video for me, and also for your very encouraging comments!  I truly appreciate your input, and consider it a great compliment that you had been trying to find the song after the original post over a year ago.  I've done the same thing here on the forum many times before, heard a song that I really liked, but couldn't remember the song title or who originally posted it, and searched without finding it until the song popped up again.

By the way, your song "Highway" on your Soundcloud Page is absolutely fantastic, excellent playing and vocals, and a top quality, pro sounding mix!

Thanks again for listening and commenting, Daniel, I'm very grateful for your input and support.

Best Wishes!

Hi Bob,

This tune sounded awesome when you originally posted it and it still sounds awesome. The vid is like icing on the cake.

Great job on the video...there were a lot of cool images but the thing that, for some reason, really caught my eye was when the acoustic guitar came in.  The hand strumming the acoustic guitar can be seen through the logo of your shirt...don't know how you did that but I thought it was really cool!

Excellent work!

Hi, Gary,

Thanks, buddy, I really appreciate you checking out the video and also your kind words of encouragement!

That effect was actually a chromakey error on my part that actually turned into a happy accident.  I almost left that footage out of the final video, but my wife thought it looked cool so I decided to let it ride, and a lot of people have mentioned that they really liked it.

I just want to mention that your new song post "Last Call" is fantastic, and one of the cleanest, freshest sounding mixes that I've heard here on the forum, excellent stuff, Gary!

Thanks again for taking a peek at the video, and all your input and support, Gary, greatly appreciated!
