Mine started out with way too much sugar, then more sugar. My grand daughter is over so my wife made french toast, of course I cover it with powdered sugar and eat it with Mrs. Butterworths syrup... I lost count at 6. Then a few hours later my grand daughter went in the kitchen to make me a surprise... she made chocolate pudding with redi-whip and sprinkles... in case you don't know, when your grand daughter makes you something you smile and take it and eat or use it. My day was like every other day except for that. I've been doing really good lately, one spoon of sugar and three packs of aspertame in my big travel coffee mug. Diet Cherry Pepsi (that stuff is GOOD). Blew it today, back on it tomorrow. Oh... and my finger is almost well, I can play some now... really happy!! Now back to your regular life, don't change the channel, we will control everything....

I know I am going to come across as highfalutin but I can't palate the mainstream "maple syrups" (flavored high fructose corn syrup). My kids use the Aunt Jemima and Mrs. Butterworth's but I keep a stash of real Vermont maple syrup on hand for my own personal consumption.
