My final crazy version of "Tom Sawyer" by Rush

Here is something that I have been fooling with this week. It has been a lot of fun. I did everything except the guitar hits at the beginning and the vocal parts.

Let me know what you think!

Hey Michael, this is very cool.  I definitely enjoyed this.  Great job!

I see you use Superior Drummer 2.0 as well.  What kit is that?  I use the NY Avatar kit mostly, but am looking at getting others, likely The Metal Foundry since I write metal.

    Cool!

    Thanks!

It is actually a kit that I made from a Metal Foundry kit, but I am using cymbals and drums from Metal foundry, Avatar, and Music City. I like the Music City snare and the Metal Foundry Kick. I just mixed up a bunch of things until I found something that I wanted.

what, you mean you can't sing like Geddy Lee??!! Cool idea, like how you incorporated the original elements into your music. mix is cool, although bass would be a lot more prominent in Rush normally, of course!

I only have one album from them and I wish that I had listened more.  Great cover!  Awesome production and performance.
