My loops sound different in my browser than they do once imported into a track.

I'm new to using loops. I've got Sonar Professional and in the last few days I downloaded the Big Fish collection that now comes with Sonar. I inserted one of the guitar loops from my sonar browser into a track and the guitar sounds like it's in a much lower key. Is there a setting somewhere that will change this?
