My turn-UGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Just Ughhhhhhhhh

Popped in my extra 2 tb HD today, installed Seagates autoformatting software by Acronis to add it as extra storage and then...........

WHACK!!!   It killed my Master boot record on the OS Drive  

Back to square 1

    I'm not even sure how it did that. 

    I did have a problem one time (which JB warned me about and I did it anyway) of the MBR getting screwed up because I told windows to "fix itself" after installing new RAM.

    but your problem seems to take the cake!

    Check BIOS and make sure the boot countroler and boot order are correct.

    Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys?
