Mysterious MIDI Mystery...

Why would a 20 track MIDI file take FOREVER (like 10 seconds or longer) to save, and a huge audio recording save like lightning? The midi file has no plugins except for  Rev on the guide vocal. Really odd..

    What happens when you safe run the project and save? Of course a different file name...

    Just found the cause - the tracks were edited very heavily (rearranged and moved around), and the moment I "Apply Trim"'d it came right... hmmm...

    try closing it and see if that speeds things up - have you ever had problems with bouncing audio?

    I always check the mixes as I have found some tracks to be missing in the past - esp on 8.5.3 PE. Now not so much. Will try it though - but what a drag to have to do that.
