Mystery: "Add track" dialog pops up by several commands

Mystery.
Since the last Nov. update I get again and again the "add track" dialog.
This dialogs pops up althoug it is not called. This dialog closes then by itself.
- For example:  "Clean Audiofolder". The "add track" dialog shows up until clean audiofolder has finished. And closes itself.
The "add track" dialog opens in this moment as I press "Find".
- For example: "Insert FX-Chain". The "add track" dialog shows up until the fx chain is inserted. And closes itself.
 
And again and again, when I execute a command, I see the "add track" dialog poping up for a second - and closing by itself. This happens always between 3 and 5 minutes.
 
This is on all our 3 audio-workstations. Maybe that this is up to our german windows version.
 
I also have the problem that I cannot bind any key to insert a marker, and "M" does not work anymore. Also the X-Touch does not insert a marker anymore.
There is something wrong with the commands and menues.

    Hi. I just saw this on my laptop. It only happens when I open a project that is a little too heavy for my underpowered laptop. Have not seen it in my studio. Wonder if we are alone..
