NEED HELP URGENTLY PLEASE HELP
Basically i got Sonar X1 Studio for my birthday, previously owned Sonar 6 LE, and i installed it, did everything that it required, registered it, everything. But it just wont play any sound or let me record, and i dont know what to to do, iv gone to prefrences and selected my sound cards, which sometimes only one is available others there is like 5, but it just wont work and it is really frustrating because i have stuff that needs to be done. So there is no sound and it wont let me record. What can i do? is there anything i need to install? iv got AISO thing but still nothing. please help anyway possible, thank you

Sorry, you can only use wave profiler if you are using the WDM soundcard drivers.
What soundcard are using?

Why are you using ASIO4ALL? It is not part of Sonar. If you have a decent soundcard, use its drivers.
Also, are you using Windows 7 64-bit? If so, you need to have 64-bit drivers for that soundcard or it won't work.

Do you have your inputs and outputs correct on the track you are recording and/or playing back?
Also, I assume you are wired up correctly in and out of the sound card.
I do recommend asking for an extra present, a decent sound interface if you are using onboard or sound blaster, etc.

What would help a lot is if you listed the specs of your PC/hardware that you're using as well as any outboard gear. Also, give details of what steps you've taken. (You'll get much better solutions/replies to your issues this way).
