Tim- Thanks for listening and commenting.  I have a lot of tunes in the vault that are 1,4,5.  I am very blues and rock oriented.  A lot of the muisic Mark and I do is off that beaten track and I love them.  I do like my blues/rock, though.

Herb- The song is doing what we want, then.  Memories are some of our most treasured posessions.  LOL!  The bass is a Spector, neck through.  I've had a lot of basses going back to the mid 60s but this is BY FAR my favorite.   Thanks for listening and congrats on your Nashville tune!

Ed (Bapu)- Thanks for listening.  Thanks for the bass comment!

Rik- We appreciate your time listening and commenting!!

Mark & Warren,

Great tune, guys! Glad to see that Warren is on the mend and back in action.

Killer bass tone and vocals. Mark, love your guitar playing and the mix sounds great.

Hey PUGS
The way the guitar plays off the bass sounds killer on my end. Love the tone of the bass and your performance is so smooooth. The tune is really a brain sticker, if you know what I mean.  Mix sounds awesome on my end.  KUDOS!

Paulo- I agree on the oohs but it was a close call and we decided not to go back and do it over.  Oops there's my laziness showing through.  Oh, that's right I can still use the surgery excuse.  LOL!  Thanks for the thoughts on my recovery.

Guitarpima-  I had a 59 Buick convertible.  Now that was big enough!! LOL!  Thanks for listening.  You know, I AM feeling better!

Kenny- Thanks for listening!  Sorry about kicking up the issues.  Ahhh, they'll go away and you'll be thinkin"backseat boogie again".  A guy with your talent just needs to take that guitar and sit on a street corner and start writing down the girls' names and numbers!

Grant- Many thanks for the kind words, buddy!

James- I kinda thought Mark mixed those bgv so they sound like they're coming from the guys singing in the back!  LOL.  He did a great job.  Thanks for listening and noticing that bgv thing!

Plain awesomeness!  Great job all, bass, vox, guitars, drums!!!

Vox may be a little latent in spots ... but not enough for a pop listener to notice.

Wook- Thanks!  How ju bean?

Rim- Thanks for listening and  commenting!

James(Radio)- Thanks.  Not many of those smoke filled bars left, buddy!  :-)  I'd love to play one again, especially since I gave up drinking.  Now I can watch them act strange.  LOL!

Gary- Thanks for the health and music comments!  Things are looking up!  Hey, Gary, warm up that steel guitar.  Hmmmmm, pray tell, what does Warren mean?  :-)

Kev- Hey, buddy, how's the weather today (2-24-12)?  Strange white things falling on the news!  Thanks for your kind comments!

Philip- You old dog, you!  You noticed that latency on the OOH, backseat boogie part(right?).  I did too but I think it was my ears.  They are a milisecond off since surgery.  Ha!!  Thanks for listening and commenting!

This was a fun tune, a good listen and (if I were old enough) I'd say it 'really took me back.'  Great bass line and lead break.  Glad you're felling better.

I only bumped this up because I hadn't responded to Beagle AND there's a few of the crowd that are back up here and haven't heard it.  So, shameless bump with a purpose.  THANKS FOR LISTENING, REECE!

Warren, you rule...this was stellar! Totally loved everything. At first I thought that bass tone was a little subby sounding (which to my ears I think it still may be a bit at least on my system) but it works and fits perfectly in the song. Loved the vocs, the guitars, bass, drums, the groove, everything. So glad you posted something to bring this back...and I'm sorry I missed it before! Great job!

Danny, thanks so much!  Yeah, we pushed the bass on this and on City Song.  I just needed to cut loose a bit because the next song is a ballad and the most basic of bass parts.  We really appreciate your ear on this.  Hey, is Danziland near Trenton or Newark?  :-)  Army stuff.  LOL!

You're welcome. :) And there's nothing wrong with cutting loose....it's good to do that when you feel the need. :)

I'm actually not near Newark or Trenton....I'm closer to Philly, in South Jersey. :) I usually get asked "what exit you off of on the parkway or turnpike?" Where I live, we have to drive a half hour just to get to the turnpike or the parkway. LOL!

Keep crankin' out the killer tunes brother!
