NI Service Center-not letting me change download path

Hi guys:  I have tried on both of my computers to change the path for the NI downloads.  I can access my settings page, but when I click on the file icon, nothing happens.  I have tried this on both of my computers, and nothing happens.  I wanted to change the download location to another drive (dedicated to downloads), but I get no success.

Has this happened to any of you?

I'm using Service Center v2.6.0.137.  I was able to change drive/folder locations and download successfully to the different location.
I have found that I can't change the location if there is an un-installed file inside the current folder. I have to install it or delete it before I can change locations again.  HTH

Update NI service center if necessary. Reboot. Temporarily disable antivirus.

Thanks.  Your suggestion worked.  When I deleted Replica 1.2.2 (which I was not going to install but was downloaded), and then restarted NI  Service Center, it then allowed me to go to settings and change the download path.

Never knew this.  Your suggestion worked.  Thanks for the help!
