NO Serial for Guitar Rig 4 LE
I have just upgraded to X1 Producer and my account shows NO Serial Number available for Guitar Rig 4 LE. I have emailed twice and waited. NO Reply.

Might want to call. See what's the deal. They just maybe busy? Or some random quirk came up that needs fixing.

I'm in the UK so calling is not a preferred option. I've waited several days after emailing on 31st August.

There was another fellow on here in past couple days having the same problem. They probably broke something on their servers. Hopefully they've gotten enough reports now to fix it. It's monday so maybe something will happen this week. I don't think they deal with this stuff on weekends.

who did you contact ? customer service or tech support ? it's a customer service issue http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/contact/default.aspx or if you contact roland UK.. you have the download or bought one ? if it's the boxed one the number is on the envelope with the disk normally.

Have you tried looking up the s/n in My Account in the CW store? If X1 installed and is working OK, then your s/n should be in your account by now.

I contacted Cakewalk last week and they told me they were waiting on NI to send them serial #s, which they will send along to us as soon as they arrive. I believe 'em. Seeing the Webinar with the guys demonstrating TH2, I'm not as upset about Guitar Rig as some might be...

I've never been able to get anything remotely useable out of GR and am really looking forward to what TH" can bring to the table Disagree totally (but I have had the full versions since GR2). I have AmpliTube and think it pales in comparison to GR, though it is usable for cleaner and more "depth" tracks. TH2 sounds OK, but I can't see how it is worth $99. $50 would be the right price point.
