I am trying to install XLN AD2.

I don't have or don't have enabled the Windows Extraction or Unzip tool?

I'm not sure what you are talking about.  If its a zip file zip is a file type that can be extracted via Windows Explorer.

You may need to get the XLN installer to install AD2.

Also, you do have to be on line to install the software.  There is a way to do this without being on line but you need their tech support and it was very clumsey and took many attempts.

So, what SUSAN said comes first. Then after that, you need to contact their support.

Thank you all, yes I think I may have figured this out.

When I download the installer from XLN it unzips the file in WinExplorer.

I selected 64 bit install and the installer launched and wants me to sign in, as I must have an account from X3e.

So I am on that path now.

    Thanks again.
